The following terms of use govern your use of the Pynez marketplace platform. Please read these conditions carefully before using the site, creating an account or accepting the terms of use section on the sign up page. By doing any of these actions either on your own behalf or the behalf of your business, company or organisation you are binding yourself to the following terms of use and the Pynez privacy policy. If you do not want to agree to both or either or the policies you must not use the Pynez site or any other service provided by Pynez.com. Further you agree that Pynez.com has the right to change its terms of use any time as it deems appropriate.

Account Registration

To be eligible to use the Pynez services marketplace and create an account with Pynez users must adhere to the following conditions:

The Pynez marketplace service is only available to users of age 18 or older. Users under the age of 18 must not use this site. By continuing to use this site you confirm you are of the correct age to use this platform.

To use certain areas of the website you have to create an account which will require you to provide us some personal details for operational purposes. By providing these details you consent to the privacy policy.

The details you provide must be accurate and correct. You agree to only creating a single account on this platform unless you have written permission to do otherwise. You must not create any spam or ‘fake accounts’. If it is found that your account is either fake or spam your account will be terminated.

Freelancer Account

As a freelancer on the Pynez marketplace you must follow the following regulations:

If you list a service, and it is approved, your account will automatically be recognised as a freelancer account.

As a freelancer you may list as many services as you wish.

You may submit bids on as many requests as you wish.

You must deliver the promised service as described or agreed between you and a client. If you don’t satisfy your client they will have the right to withdraw their order.

You must commit to the ‘service includes’ which you list as part of your service listing. If you are not able to you must inform your client in good time or your client will have the right to cancel their order.

All clients and business must stay on Pynez.com – you must not take business you receive from Pynez elsewhere, doing this will result in your account being terminated.

If you are being hired on an hourly basis you agree to completing the agreed hours. All payments must be completed on the Pynez platform.

Client Account

As a client on the Pynez marketplace you agree to the following terms:

When you create an account with Pynez.com you will automatically have the status of a client.

As a client you may post as many job requests on the platform as you wish.

You agree to receiving offers from service providers.

You agree to keeping all business on Pynez.com and reporting any suggestions of taking business off the platform to Pynez customer support – report@pynez.com

You agree to complete the order when you are happy with the service you have received.

Payments

All payments made by clients will held by Pynez until the client is happy with their order.

All orders will be subject to a 20% commission which will be deducted by Pynez.com

Once every 28 days a pay-out may be requested. The pay-out will be processed within 5 working days of it being requested. If Pynez has to withhold any funds for any reason you will be notified.

Pay-outs will be deposited into the account provided when requesting the pay-out.
